I gapped them back out to .045 and she runs fine. I think it must have just been wet with the Mopar cleaner.

That could be, The thing should run fine at .080 let allone at.045 I just had mine up to 10500 today with no spark blow out at .060 gap.

I forgot, Make sure that your gap is straight and not at an angle. The one on the left is wrong.

Not quite sure what you are referring to, Those are both brand new plugs and have never had any kind of wrench or pliers even near them????
