Leaking out of overflow

Back again guys for more information,(help)
Got bike running after refitting sump and replacing oil filter and new oil , bike seems to be running fine but there’s always a but !
when I stop the second carb from the right is pissing fuel out of the bottom!
I think the float is stuck ?
Suppose this means I’ll have to take carbs off and investigate but not really sure of the best way to go about it 
I struggled for about 2 hours to get airbox rubbers in and reluctant to take them back out
can carbs be removed and still leave them in place?
they are brand new rubbers so are quite plyable 
any help would be very much appreciated 

Have you check your float level with clear
tube method?

I am a complete novice so not exactly sure what that means , sorry to sound stupid 

What carburetor you have?! Look on google “ float clear tube Method”

These are fitted to bike

To me they look Vm26. Fuel should be 3mm under float gasket. Look how to to it on google/youtube 😊

Maybe your float needle is worn due to age?! So fuel level is out of spec. I use for my VM carburetor Ebay Rebuilt kit.. Keyster made them!!
