KZ650B Carburetor Drain Holder Thingy

Does anybody know where this thing attaches to the KZ650B? It holds the carburetor drain lines, but I can't figure out where it goes.    

I can’t remember on my 650 but on my 1000, it goes around the right rear upper spacer.  The large ring goes around the spacer and through the smaller loop.  Then the four overflow lines go through the large ring.

Kinda hard to explain…

The idea is to run the hoses down and away from the engine toward the ground.
