It just pushes in if it has the right size "O" ring in decent conditionOne other question. How do you install the little silver plug, over the pilot jet?

Where did you get the "O" rings from - if correct they should "pop" in (I have just done mine)Wookie, I cannot get it to just push in. I've tried and it just falls out. Asphalt900, yes. it's a 2000 KZP. I'll try 2 turns out, and no, it's the little silver plug, inside the carb.

GD4 this missing part is the belowNot sure if this will be of any help or not, but both the plug (part# 92066-1087 at $4,74 per) and the o-ring (part# 92055-1059 at $8.96 per) are both listed as in stock on Partzilla.

That's interesting Clay, mine has hard plastic rings whose only purpose seems to be supporting the gasket over the plug recess as the gasket seals around the plug recess ??Aw-ha. You're talking about the pilot bypass drilling plug, get it now. You said center in photo, regardless. Just set it in casting and use an original square o-ring or a similar round oring that fits tight around the carb casting insert. All this does is seal off possible suction from air/fuel, not that critical. They weren't plastic but rubber, duplicate along all 4.
