They have 3 bolt on the top and the diameter is 28mm  !!
Those do appear to be 28mm but not Stock Z1R as they would have the large idle screw located between the carbs and accessible from the bottom.
With the screw being on the top bracket they have either been made up / modified or they are Suzuki GS1000.
Do they have just the air screw on the side or do they also have a fuel screw underneath ?

I have put the idle screw on the bottom Zed !! It cannot be located under ´cause of the Timing chain adjuster !! The plunger comes from Niche on ebay, they are the same as Jetsrus.com

Ok! So you have moved the idle screw to the top ?
In that case they are Z1R carbs ( The MK2/ST/LTD etc 28's have a vac port on carb #3)..
Having the idle screw underneath doesn't interfere with the camchain adjuster though.
The plungers from Niche are Genuine Mikuni made for the Jap market and are as original.
They will rule out the plungers as the cause of any carburation issues but the seals are plain NBR/Nitrile and not Viton which won't be a problem unless you use ethanol fuels.

Thats weird Zed because yes, the first time I tried to put the 28’s on the new boots, the idle screw was scratching my Timing adjuster !! It missing half an inch to be set in the boots!!

Concur with ZED1015, Those are Mikuni Kawasaki 28's. The Early VM Suzuki equivalent with the TWO different Pilot and Air bodies utilized an extra brass barb on #3 for vacuum petcock which your's doesn't have. And the pulley on top was more bulbous. Your pics are vague but knowing "eyes" can spot the differences. Also like ZED1015 meantioned, Z1R Idle adjuster knob should be positioned at the bottom, others were at the top. You my Friend have a gaggle of mismatched bits. And..What are You adapting this to? I only see KZ750 in Your thingy.
