Hello, I bought a set of Vm28ss carburetor, no accelerator pump. I don’t know from what bike they from.. but I would like to know if the jet Needle are adjustable on these carbs or I will need to buy some tiny washers to shims these needle when I will go on Dyno ?!  I don’t have the carbs in hands.. I far away for working. Thank you

The non accel carbs should have 5 grooves on the needles so no need for shims.
If originally Kawasaki fitment they will be from a Z1R,MK2,ST or LTD.
They may also be from a Suzuki GS1000S depending if they have both fuel screws present.

As I understand it the accelerator pump was a US item.  They would most likely not have one in other parts of the world unless the bike was imported from the US.

All right!! What is the pros and cons of accelerator pump?! My Dyno shop has said that if I can find a set of 28mm without this pump, it will be more easy and effective to tune the bike!!?? Its very rare, Im happy.. I hope my needle jet has some groove for adjustment!! Or Does the Dynojet kit worth it ?!

US bikes were set lean for emmisions so the carbs were fitted with accel pumps to ensure they didn't run weak under load.
Carbs with or without the pumps will work just fine once jetted correctly.
Pump carbs were set at the factory with fixed needle position and preset and capped pilot screws etc to prevent tampering and maintain fuel ratios to pass emmisions.
If you are going to run the bike without the airbox all you need for pods or stacks is air corrector jets with only an increase of the main jets and nothing else.
No change to pilot jets or needle position required.

All you need to run Pods are these air corrector jets.
No need for a complicated dynojet kit on these VM's which does not correctly resolve the running issues with pods without adverse affects on overall power.
