Odd question? How do you measure for spring clip fastners for a 13mm fuel line?

I'll echo the need to get high-quality fuel line. It will definitely help reduce leaks. The clamps aren't there to stop leaks, they're there to hold the fuel line on. If your line leaks without a clamp, then it will do little good to clamp it harder. You might be able to get it to stop, but as the line wears it will leak again. You'll also damage the line and create additional points for leakage later on. And you stand a good chance of damaging the fitting, especially if you're clamping onto a plastic inline filter or something similar.

Just get some good, non-leaky fuel line and use the clamps to keep the lines in place. Should work great. I like the wide spring-clamp type clamps as they are impossible to overtighten and go on and off very quickly. Cheap easy insurance against accidentally having the line come off while out riding.

Nessism suggested this Suzuki line... www.partzilla.com/product/suzuki/09352-70103-00B .. I’m using it along with 5/16 stainless fittings and the 10mm clamps from Parts n more with great success... I also installed a dry break quick disconnect. Got tired off fuel all over when I needed to take the tank off... 650ed suggested the SS fittings... great useful knowledge here if you read and listen
