Any one sell the little plastic pieces at the top of the choke plungers held on by the cir-clip?
The clip that the choke lever finger pulls them up.
from Mikuni's for the Z1 -KZ900- KZ1000?? 26-28's are the same

Z1Enterprises.com has them >> 16073-014 >> Z1Ent part #200-1028. assuming the part is the same as in the link below.
Those collars seem like a good candidate for 3D printing.
EB >> NOS Starter plunger collar 16073-014

Hello, Thanks for the leads, Steve, I never knew jetsrus.com had so many parts.
But in this case, the early 73 Z1 carbs with the brazed choke lever. And the small screws with the nut that hold the small fingers on. These carbs used just a nylon ring / piece. Not the barrel with both ends. I am sure that was an improvement. I can make a couple.
Why I need, I was heating those small slotted screws to remove. They always are tough. The slots break away. (it is the same screw that holds steering locks into the trip tree. I got some heat on them and 1 melted. I want to keep carbs original, as to sell them.
I'll get some pictures later.

Hey Marty
I have been looking for a couple of those as I have 2 sets of those early carbs, one complete and one almost complete. Let me know if you find them anywhere as Z1 doesn't list them.
Thanks David

Do you know the part number & name, and is there a good pic of the part?
The diagram drawing at partzilla isn't that great & I can't tell what's what for everything.

Yes, seem tough to locate an OEM? But these pieces are 9mm in diameter, 2.5mm thick, and the shaft hole is 3.5mm.
I have not pulled it off yet. As I would probably loose the small C-clip! I can use mine. Just thought if I could find them it would make look better.
And If I make them on the lathe out of nylon stock, It would take me a week and a case of beer!
Of course the updated version used on all of them now, the barrels with lips on both ends. Must have been an improvement. To make sure they were closed down all the way. When choke lever was moved up to down. Those 28's went through so many changes in the first 2-3 years.
here is a close up pic of mine.
Good Luck
