based on the diagrams, it looks like is part 43028-1027 DIAPHRAGM,VALVE

I may have pulled the wrong carb version from some data I found on the net.

From the pic of the bike in your handlebar topic, the motorcycle is a 1982 KZ650-H2 CSR with BS32 carburetors. You can verify the model at the jarlef Z650 site, cyclechaos.com, or use the info on the back of the 81-82 KZ650 Kawasaki service manual. to be sure.
I would get the 81-82 manual >> readily available on EB.

does the vent tubing have to be fuel rated or can I use the average home depot clear tubing for vent lines?

I've been in search for an O-ring I'm missing but think a non-standard was previously used (right one in image). Picked up HF Metric kit and thinking of using a P6 5.8x1.9 mm (left in image) to replace the O-ring on float bowl under gasket. Exploded views dont show an O-ring in this location but I had 3 on the 4 carbs.

Thought I'd share a great doc for the Mikuni BS32 carbs

If the part isn't in the diagrams, I would question whether or not it's needed or should even be there. There's no telling what the PO did or why, so ask yourself what purpose the o-ring serves & is it an unnecessary redundancy. ??? .... I'm not that familiar with BS32 carburetors.
