Leaky bowls and jet kit q's

My bowl gaskets seem to be leaking, again! I replaced them a few years ago so maybe that's just there service life. Is there ANY quick fix? Like a gasket maker or treatment that'll seal these up?

Also, I can only find a stage 3 kit for my 78 1000 motor with vm26 carbs. Even then availability is sparse. Jets are all still stock. Has a custom 4 into 1 and pods, definitely some hesitation off idle.

I use a smear of grease on the gaskets. No leaks and have them off and on many times. Try one step up on the pilots.
