A Dynojet kit will save you a lot of trial and error experimentation. Also, make sure your pods are real deal K&N's or something like Ape or Uni pods. Generic Emgo's and the like are bad news.

It has quality air filters and a vance & hines 4-1 with the baffle removed. Like i stated earlier, it has the bs 34 carbs. Do you know what kit would be the correct one for me? As in sizes, etc etc? Thank you for the help

Hey I've been messing with my oz and I ended up buying a jet kit. I got the stage 1. It has the Vance and Hines with the baffle in it. Has quality pods on it. I still can't seem to figure out why the pipes are blue. It's right after the exhaust gasket on the headers on the first bend on all 4 pipes

They turned blue because the mixture was too lean, but they would have turned blue eventually. That is what they do.
Why did you pick the Stage 1? Seems like Stage 3 would have been the choice.

Because before i even put aftermarket jets in it the plugs on all 4 cylinders says its running rich. Theyre all black.

Stock jetting, V&H system with no baffle, pod filters AND black plugs???
I'd guess bad valve stem seals oiling the plugs.

Have you checked the fuel levels in the carbs?

No i have not. Do you think my fuel psi could be to high causing it to run rich? Id rather it be rich then lean

If the fuel level is too high, the mixture will be rich. There is no psi. The correct air/fuel ratio is even better than too rich or too lean.

Could the float level being set to high cause the bike to turn the headers blue?

Blue headers are a sign of a lean mixture.
