Could be rich in one part of the opening and lean in another. Part throttle vs full vs idling. Those pipes turn blue anyway. The plug check was with new plugs? And the bike runs fine? Ive never had a problem when using a jet kit

Yes i bought new plugs and tested idle. After that, tested half throttle. After that, tested full throttle. Its the same throughout
