Like drmiller100 told you, pilots are blocked.
The best solution would be to take the carbs out and fully clean them.
However, one time I got away with this:
Empty the tank. Fill with new gas. Put a full botlle/can of injector cleaner (disregard manufacturer recommendations). Empty carb bowls using the drain screw, let them fill with new gas+cleaner.
Fire the bike and try to keep it alive by any means. Stop. Do it again. Stop.
Let it seat over night.
Next day there is a good chance pilot will be functioning again.
At least this happened to me one time on my KLR650.

By the way, last year I have succesfullyu removed al 4 pilots jets with carbs installed in the bike (Keihins CV34).
Takes patience, but is doable.

Pull carbs. It's idiotic to spend an hour working around something that takes ten minutes to do.
Don't forget to remove idle mix screw and spray carb cleaner and compressed air through all passeges and jets.

Take your time do it right by yourself a field service manual or see if you can download one here or somewhere else have you looked in the archives to download one here? If you want the bike to run right you need to take the carbs off and do a thorough cleaning otherwise you're just wasting your time. I know it's scary but if you think about it, none of us here were born with the information that we possess now about motorcycles we all had to learn somewhere at some time.

Thanks for all of the suggestions! I am going to start by pulling the carbs and cleaning them.
I also got new fuel lines and plan to install fuel filter(s) but I have another question on this topic.
Do I need 4 fuel filters or will one work? I saw another thread where a person installed 1 filter per carb on a kz750 twin and I didn't know if that was the right way of doing it. I haven't messed with filters yet so this is a completely new topic to me.

One fuel filter is fine. Run the fuel line from the tank to the filter then from the filter to the carbs. Ed

One per fuel line and a manual.
