1983 kz1100 spetra PLS HELP

Shooting gas threw exhaust ,going down the rode it misses for a sec then kicks in.But it runs out of gas fast .PLS help

Check valve adjustments.

If you can see raw fuel shooting out the exhaust, there is a serious problem, probably in the carbs.
Is this a new problem? Has anything been done to the motorcycle recently, like removing parts or messing with the carbs, or fuel system, or anything else?
Has any of the routine maintenance been done?

Man I drain the oil and it was almost pure gas.Crazy .I bought bike from a old man he had it cor 20 years .I drove it for three days ,i lowerd it put staight handle bars,and a radar detector.then it lost all power .the yellow and black wire from coil to switch was not hooked up .I fixed that and now it spits and sputters when you first but the throttle. Then it kicks in like a power band .but a tank a gas last about 5miles . I just can't figure it out .would it be the wiring

Fuel in the oil is a sure sign of a float valve and petcock problem. The petcock should stop the flow of fuel when the engine is off and the float valves should stop the flow of fuel when the carb bowl is full. Both need to fail to have fuel flow into the cylinders and into the crankcase.

God sakes man! You're gonna blow yourself up. Get the tank off and stop running it until you fix it. Hope you're safe. R
