KZ750 CV34 Slow Pïlot Jets

If you are considering buying these #35 aftermarket jets from JetRUs, let me tell you the emulsion holes are smaller than those on OEM Keihins CV34 jets.

You must enlarge the three of them to Ø0.73mm. I have done it in two steps. First using a 0.55mm and then a 0.73mm drill bit by hand.

Good luck. B)

That will make them run leaner.

That will make them run as original Keihins jets.

It will make them run leaner. Two things control the fuel flow rate on those jets, the size of the fuel orifice and the size and number of emulsion holes. If that was a #35 jet, it isn't now. I believe mikuni jets are sized by flow rate, not hole size. If this is an aftermarket jet, it will not be dimensionally identical to a stock mikuni but will flow correctly.

I've used aftermarket jets. A 125 main won't run for SHT where a Mik 125 will. Drilled differently

They are aftermarket Keihins, not original Keihins or Mikunis as you said.
On Keihins the number is the size in hundreds of mm. #35 is 0.35mm.

I will never buy aftermarket jets again. 0.35mm gauge did not fit the aftermarket #35 jets, but they did fit the original #35 Keihin jets.

If you did, you can get these on eBay.
