I'll be trying the pen spring tonight, if not I have tomorrow off and can go pillage the hardware store.
They always ask what I'm looking for and I always reply "won't know until I see it."

Any standard issue hardware store stuff to try for needle shims? I'll take the needle with me and look at the tiny washers.
The bike idled and ran good, top end was fine but cruising at a constant speed was a problem, 4500-5500 rpm.

And I'm still searching for a downloadable factory service manual for this thing.
