Would bench sync, being sure to have the idle screw threads positioned so that the slides may be further lowered during the later running sync.

Sorry for the long time without an update, I have been a bit stressed and busy trying to go through the process of putting an offer an one house and trying to sell my current house as well. Just haven't had too much time to play with the bike.
Last night I got around to playing around with it and I discovered that #1 & #2 carbs were bench synched correctly as I had done this a few months ago. BUT my #3, & #4 carb slides were way too high, so I adjusted them down to .6mm using the feeler gauge. I was only able to get it started and warmed up but the RPM's were back down to where they should be, and once warmed up it was idling at 900-1100 RPM. Thank you everybody who contributed their ideas to helping me diagnose my issue and get back on the road! I will follow up again once I take a road test later today.
