1982 Kawasaki KZ550 LTD
TK22 Needle Jet Retainer Screws was created by The_Proletariat
To avoid stripping out these screws do not use a phillips screwdriver.
A 1/8 slotted screwdriver works fantastic here.

Should never use a Philips on any screw on a Japanese bike. The screws are JIS and can easily be wrecked by a Philips screwdriver .

Correct, however JIS screwdrivers often cannot be sourced locally. I have only seen JIS bits, and there's no way a bit holder handle will fit into TK22 throttle slides.

I've used my long Phillips screw driver on carb screws for years. It's the case bolts that it won't fit.

They are readily available online. For the larger sizes, a Phlllips can usually be modified to work,
