Wow. Good vac lines make syncing take 5 min. Dialed them all nuts on. Idles smooth as silk now. Couldn't go for spin yet.

And Steve, the arms are not bent on the float and the float is not taking fuel on. If it was, it'd sink, not shutting the fuel off. My issue was the fuel level was too low when I measure it with the clear tube method. I'm not sure if maybe my needle is screwed up or the seat isn't the correct one...

That's good. The needles are working like they should. Easy to bend the tang enough to let in more fuel.

Yes they are working but something isn't right. The one carb is adjusted to the max - if I did that on the other carbs they'd be overflowing. So something still isn't right.

Ok, carbs balanced, no vac leaks. Took her for a good run yesterday. Has the balls to pull a little wheelie rolling on the throttle hard in 1st. Pulls like a banshee up to 90. But...when I'm at 1/3 throttle and I slam it full open, she coughs then takes off hard. Doesn't do it from closed to full. Makes me think the needles are too low, but I'm running everything stock... Also had an elevated idle when warm and a lot of pipe crackling at de-accel. I know the carbs are clean, I don't have any leaks and they're jetted stock. When I got home I Richened up the pilot screws some, adjusted the idle and put her away for the night... Hope that's my issue because I'm really sick of taking the carbs off :)

A pic showing the carbs and the bike might help.
