Hi!
First of all I'm from Sweden so excuse my bad English.

I'm getting to the end of my Café project, with just the carburetor settings reaming.
I've removed the original air box and planned to replace it with air pods, but i can't find any that will fit without hitting eats-other i the bottom. (See pictures)

I've checked and the jet sizes that is installed now is Main: 92 Pilot: 35. How much do you think i need go up when i install the airpods, and do you know if there are any kits like Dynojet that could fit my bike.
And also where can i find airpods with a smaller size (the diameter).

I've also removed the heating for the carburetor how much do you think it will effect when starting the bike?

Thanks for the help

Z1E lists pods in several different sizes.

Here are links to Z1E's pods for certain Kaw 550 models:

Thanks for the help. Looks like the pods will fit. I didn't find any kits for my model unfortunately.

Prepare to become a carb expert. Tuning those CV carbs for pods will be a challenge. Ed

Pay particular attention to the last three paragraphs...
