Thanks for the input. I think I figured it out. The idle was just to high. Once the bike was fully warmed up I adjusted the idle down and it seems to have gone away now. I will get a better idea this afternoon. Only problem is the bike wont run without the choke until the bike is completely warmed up. That just takes to long. After that it idles at 1.2k rpm and idle slowly drops from 2k coming to a stop over about 3 seconds. I will try adjusting the idle screws again.

Would adjusting the idle screw help close the gap between cold idle and hot idle?
