it would seem the 1980 kz1000 ltd had 34's but I wouldn't recommend it, the oversquare design of the 750 engine outweighs the horsepower to torque ration by a lot vs the 1000.

1980 1000 ltd had 28mm pumper carbs,34s came out with j series bikes in 81 B)

you are probably right, I was looking at motorcyclespecs.co.za I guess that is in australia or something. it says 34x4 minuki.
