I can not say if you can/could temporarily repair them or not. That is dependent upon just how badly they are cracked or torn. I have read of others using a product they called liquid electrical tape to seal them. I have not done so myself so can not speak of this with personal experience. But apparently this is a liquid/paste like substance, black in color, and they spread it on the holders and allow to dry into a flexible rubber like substance. It was indicated it did seal up leaking holders. Maybe you could do something like this for a short period of time while your new set of holders is shipped.

What type/condition of screw/bolt head is available to grip normally with screwdriver or wrench?
Would soak the fastener with Kroil or other penetrant overnight or longer.
Application of excessive torque may result in the fastener head being snapped off leaving the remaining portion buried inside the engine.

Including information about bike year and model is helpful to viewers and usually elicits better responses.
It's easy to put the information in your signature where it shows in all posted messages, past and future.
And may be changed whenever and as often as desired.
If wanting a signature showing information about the bike in posted messages, it's easy to do. Here's how:

Are the screw heads accessible to a hand-held impact driver?johnjones750csr wrote: There is anohter issue.....the F#$%^#G Screws will not come out. I got the outer ones with vice grips, but the inner ones are impossible to access with vice grips....any ideas?
After the overnight penetrant soak, special removal bits are available to grip inside stripped bolt heads, and application of heat with a propane torch would likely also help loosen the tight screws.
The special bit has sharp edges designed to dig into the rounded-out slot in the screw head.

Perhaps the allen head after-market versions readily available for other models may also fit the KZ750-M1.
When fitting the new carb holders, would suggest the stainless steel allen head replacement screws, with a dab of anti-seize applied to the threads before assembly.
