Thanks to everyone for their thoughts on my setup. I don't race the bike, but I would like to run it at the track and see what it will run, but for the most part I ride on the streets. Besides looking for a bit more performance, I am looking for some carbs that may be a bit easier to tune. If I change carbs it will be over this winter. I will report back with my opinion.
I used to run a "Star Racing" Pro Series sidewinder header, but they no longer offer the pipe and I now run a Vance and Hines sidewinder. No baffle in either pipe. The Vance and Hines has a different sound that I don't like quite as much as the Star so I'm looking for the next replacement.
