looking at other posts I read that putting a Z1 air box on the KZ900 would involve possible mods to the side covers??
WOuld that be true for the '78 kz1000?
I can't seem to find anyone who has these on there 1000, with difficulty of finding stock and cost you'd think that would be common.
Also I have a Vance and Hines 4 to 1 and am curious if the Z1 will flow enough air for that? I've see people cut out side holes in the Z1 box, would that be necessary for me or could I just rock a k&N filter?
