tried that, use a small piece of wire cleaned everything then soaked everything in carb cleaner, and then blew everything out with air compressor, only thing i change was the float height, cause all the bowls overflowed

When adjusting the float height to achieve the correct fuel level, the float valve must be properly functioning.
Bowl overflow often indicates that the float valve isn't properly functioning.
Good Fortune!

If the tangs are way off, could use the float height setting method described in the FSM which involves a measurement with the carbs upside down on the workbench. Should get the tangs back inside the ball park, to be followed with more precise adjustment as determined by the clear tube test.
Good to remember that the carbs don't care what the float height measurement happens to be.
What the carbs do care about is that the float height is whatever it needs to be in order to produce the correct fuel level.
Incidentally, where float valve are perfectly functioning, yet overflow persists, the overflow tube might be cracked or loose where it attaches inside the bowl.
Good Fortune!

Would also perform the clear tube tests while carbs are on the workbench.
If the gasoline odor gets bothersome, I have used common household rubbing alcohol instead.
And the slightly heaver alcohol has no noticeable effect on the test results.
Good Fortune!
