I would like to run my stock gravity fed original petcock. However, there is a small spring missing as stated earlier. This causes the petcock to leak fuel past the petcock and flood the carb float bowls. If you have a spare spring that fits the petcock I will gladly accept your generous gift. This should result in me keeping my Manly Biker Status

BINGO! You are absolutely correct! I edited my previous comment and included a photo of my spare petcock opened up. It's nice to be able to see the real deal rather than rely on a diagram; thanks or waking up my brain cells. Ed
