Thanks, for the info.

I replaced all the fuel lines this past weekend, with good quality fuel injection hose from the local auto parts store.

I found some info about the pump I'm going buy:

This means peak amps should be 13.5, is that correct, based on the picture?

I see around 8 amps at 33-35 PSI, but I'm no chart expert.

You may have to re-do the inlet with a 90 degree fitting. But otherwise that pump is actually more than enough to run you bike. Looks like when running and regulated the Amps will be 4 or so. Your Stator/ charging max rated output is 20 Amps. So I think you would be OK if it is in good shape. You could take a draw measurement or the existing circuits for a total. Try to stay below the Max output of 20 or it won't last, the stator will burn out. You can get an over wound stator which will handle extra load/ Amps.

Does anybody know what the exact amps are for the Kawasaki fuel pump?

I think the wiring for the pump power is probably 18 gauge(That's pretty close as the Kawasaki wiring is metric)

The exact Amperage is like your chart a variable. But if you look at the circuitry of the pump, and the rated fuse, you will see that its not a lot. I've dead headed many electric fuel pumps to check the max pressure and the Amp draw. Not many exceed 8 Amps blocked, dead headed. The stock pump would most likely be around this and below, depending upon demand/ pressure. Regulated down to the Stock pressure of around 35psi, it would be about 4-5 Amps. That's my experience, but not with that exact pump.
