Congrats on coming back to the airbox! I'd love to see someone do a pods vs. airbox comparison on a dyno that shows the full power curve from idle to redline. I'm sure the airbox would show more consistant power across the range. Ed

Isn't it just the greatest thing to read a post that says "wow my stock airboxed KZ runs the balls" ?? Now if we could just sucessfully beat some sense into the other 95% of the "pod junkies"

Looks as though there will be plenty of riding, instead of carb tuning for you this year.
Does it run good with those big 135 mains? Sounds like that is a pretty big jet. Maybe you don't run with the "Snorkel" that comes out the rear/ intake of the box?

Shhhhhhhhhh! Everyone will be doing it .....

If everyone starts running airboxes there won't be as many people getting rid of their bikes cheap because they can't get them to run well or are sick of fiddling with them.
Plus I really looked forward to people making statements like "My bike runs great with PODS...except for that large hickup or flat spot or wind problem. But really other than those things it really runs great!" Comedy at it's best.

Hey some people like to fiddle with things and some may not even notice the drawbacks because the pods look cool. 2 each their own

Take it from me cuz I found
If you leave it then somebody else is bound,
To find that treasure, that moment of pleasure,
When yours, it could have been.
