Check for really good spark.
Compression is good?
Turn the mixture screws out from seated 1.5 turns.
blow cleaner through every passage in those damn carbs, and make sure it passes into the bores.
Makae sure fuel height, float levels are correct/close to spec.
Get everything air tight - carb to engine, carb to airbox and filter installed, or it may not start!
Check that there is a gap at the bottom of the slides about a mm, 1/16th" of gap so it can actually pullin that air/fuel mix - and increase the idle a few times while trying to start it - adjust idle screw!
Use full choke and dont open the throttle. Crank the engine for a good REAL 10 seconds. LOOK at your watch!
If its got decent compression, a good closely timed spark, and some fuel squirts in there - boom, running engine - providde its happening on all four...
Good luck!

kk1365 wrote: i can spray carb cleaner through every bore and it travels through without a problem. i have good spark, great compression, mixture screws are set. The airbox coupling things dont fit to the carb, its like the whole thing has warped and its all off by a half inch but the carbs are attached to the engine just fine.
I don't see how this equates to your engine not getting fuel. There are other reasons it may not start or run (for example, too much fuel, ignition timing off, etc.). Have you checked the plugs to see if they're wet or dry? Ed
