I have ZRX1200 36CV on the Z1r, previously I had K & N filters but when there was a strong cool side wind one or two CV's would drop/ lose power. Now I have RAMAIR foam filters and this no longer happens, these carbies are unreal when setup correctly.
One of our group did the same to his Z and had the same results. After having the CV's I personally wouldn't go back to standard/ 29mm smoothbores again.
