Basicly what i am dealing with is i bought the bike and the previous owner put a 4 into 1 with a kerker but never jetted the bike i am in va and looking for someone to do it for me. i just had the carbs dipped and i want to get everything running right.
If you search the archives you will find a thread that I think wiredgeorge started that several members listed their jetting for different models of KZ's
I ran a 650 with Kerker and pod filters with 110 and 112.5 mains and raised the needle one notch or two notches wit 15 pilot jets.
Good luck!

does anyone have the stock jetting size for a 77 kz650 c1
Buykawasaki.com has the 1977 KZ 650 C1 listed as having 15 pilots and 102.5 mains. My 1977 KZ650 B1 with Mikuni VM 24 carbs had 15 pilots and 97.5 mains when I opened them up last winter.
I'll try to get a pic of your carbs, for fuel line location.
