If you want to test them, put some gas in a coffee can, put in floats, push them under with a can cover cut to size and a lite weight to hold them over night. Pull the weight off and see if they all float up to the same level.
Some say the only way to test a those plastic/ nitrile floats is with a hammer, if they had gas in them they were bad anyway, new is always better in carbs.
