HERE IS AN UPDATED LISTING:
Float Height: 30 mm
Needle Height: __ 2nd clip from top ___
Main Jet: 102.5
Pilot Jet: __STOCK___
Needle Jet: __ No idea, the only one in the rebuild kit _______
Screw: _ 3/4 (+/- 1/ turns out____
Also, to sync the carbs properly - do use only slide height to adjust? I was thinking that slide height is the rough tuning, and pilot screw in the fine tuning. Of course, adjusting the pilot screwed up my other sync's.
WILL POST ANOTHER VID TO SHOW HOW BIKE IS RUNNING NOW, FOR FURTHER ADVICE. The pilot screw doesn't seem to do much in terms of syncing, so I have just adjusted the slide height.

Forgot the vid link.
Yes it's chopped, but it was wrecked before. So now at least it gets a second chance.

I measured the inside diameter of the engine office, and it's 26 mm. My pods say 39 mm if that helps. The carbs also say mikuni kogyo, but no model numbers.

they look just like this, but mine have ribs on the tower portion, not sure what that part is called.
I also have jet sizes ranging from 90-102.5.

I will when I get more cash, probably go with k&n's or something. They are good on my raptor and the silverado.
Any ideas anyone, pretty sure also that they are 26's.
Thanks again for posting them pics for me man.

As for the floats, I adjusted them to 23mm (from the gasket to top of floats).
We also sync'd them with a differential pressure meter by adjusting individual slider levels when the engine was running. Pilot screws about 1.5 turns out.
Worked fine, and starts in 1/2 a kick without coke (warm at least, haven't tried it cold yet). It's a bit rich still, but no lag in throttle response.
Hope this serves for anyone in southern Sask with these carbs.
