Wondering if lack of combustion in #4 might be for some other reason besides a carb problem.
Such as ignition (eg., spark quality) or compression (eg., valve cleanance).
If not already done, would remove #4 plug and visually inspect spark quality.
While plug is removed, would do a compression test (remember to hold throttle wide open during test).
And for good measure, install a brand new plug.
If problem persists, re-address carb situation.
Good Luck!

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle
