Wow! Freaky that I am going to comment on a post that my father posted on 3 years ago. RIP POP! Pods suck, airboxes suck too, but only cool even air. Pods just plain suck. IMHO

I am thinking a Supertrapp disk style exhaust baffle,
with a spring keeping it partially closed at low rpm from the inside until the exhaust pressure rises, then opens up when the rider spanks on the throttle.
