vacuum leak? was created by Bdog
would a vacuum leak be enough to make a cylinder not fire? The motor also won't settle after it warms up, hovers around 3000 intermittenly. weird

I noticed a gap between the carb holder and the intake side of the head. Applied a little rtv to seal the gap to prove the problem.Other than new holders, what is a better fix?
