Runs only when on Full Choke...please help

OK so the results are in, I had to pay the mechanic because I was a dumb ass and somehow got the 2 wires from the points to the coils switched around and he also synced(sp?) the carbs total was $300 (not super happy with this but hey he did have to diagnose the electrical problem at a cost of $80 hr and I am sure it took 1-2 hrs to remove, sync and reinstall the carbs)...so now with everything invested including gas and parts cleaner, etc the total investment is just over 1k...so basically I am not bitchin but I feel foolish that I diddnt figure it out and save myself the extra cash.

so how does she run?

really well and my wife passed her motorcycle course a couple weekends ago while it was 35 degrees outside and sleeting, yes she did fall though (thank God it wasent her bike) and even with a very badly bruised leg she still toughed it out and got her liscense that day in very harsh conditions...I guess less than half the class showed up and those that did half of them couldnt complete the course in those conditions (I cant belive they actually had any outdoor riding givin the conditions)

that actually was probably a good thing that they put the course on in crappy conditions if your out riding you can't control the conditions you face so why not be prepared for the junk weather too. anybody can ride when it is nice out.and give you wife some congradulations from us, she is offically one of us now i'm glad she got up and finished after falling not alot of people would have done that.
