Hey - who you calling a gentleman?? I think I'm offended!
When you tried to rotate the crank, it may be the piece of ring jammed, but it's more likely that the chain wasn't taut and it doubled on itself and bound up. Be careful when rotating with a loose chain - hold it up and tight to the crank sprocket. (Don't ask me how I know, haha)

Okay I went through all the speedy dry This morning And I checked it saved it with a magnet nothing
I rotated the crank while blowing compressed air into the block nothing
I also started draining the oil sifting it through a t-shirt into another container that's going to take a while but I went through the tub that I had it in with a magnet and it didn't pick up nothing
so I took the bore and I put a full ring in one of them and the ring that I'm estimating I'm missing a piece and another I'll give you the pictures in a second
about 5-6 years ago before I bought this somewhere down in Allentown they did work on this bike and the guy sold it to 100 dealership and that's where I bought it from they had an oil leak been from the valve cover and when I drop the pan on this one I found it was all gritty the oil and I found the head of the zip tie down in the pan so my question is you think they just did s***** working put a s***** ring in or I'm missing a piece here's the pictures

Pic is blurred of the suspect but the ends look square ? Does it feel like a piece broke off ?

I got somebody hanging the gutter real quick a small piece I'm going to go back to the garage and take new pictures and I'm going to feel the edge and see if it's a squared Edge or a bent broken Edge

Well wookie it looks like one end is smooth and the other three ends are jagged the one that meets up with the smooth end is Twisted feels a little Sharp the piece that's missing is no more than a quarter inch to 3/8 of an inch long it's very small but that's still can do a lot of damage huh
