I wonder how many cam chips and loose pieces of shattered shims are still floating around inside that engine?

I found one chunk inside the oil filter !!

Yikes! How many more could be lurking around just waiting for an opportunity to chip a transmission gear or shatter a crank bearing, or clog up the oil pump screen?

i know, actualy, what I've found was the edge of the cam lobe that was chipped. I hope that this happend at start up as there no damage found  in the head and valve cover. ....but who know.
I've done two oil changes in 50 km. The first one was because of gas in the oil and after repairing the valves. I'll do another one after my next ride too.....Knock on wood !

Question ? is the oil pan can be remove without taking the engine out ??

Yes
You'll need a gasket, and there's also  an o ring between the pan and block, good idea to have one on hand since the old one has been in there for a while.

Yes buy a new o ring like Scotty recomend and while you have the pan off you can also check the oilpump screen and maybe take out the oilpump check it and replace the O-ring for the oilpump. To drop the sump you must take off the exhaust not much job, but take care so the mufflers dont fall to the ground scaratcing them.
I use a rubber strap to hold them up so they dont fall down. Also maybe you want to replace the exhaust gaskets i use a drop of superglue to hold them in place while
installing the headers also use small rubberband to hold the claps in place. The rubberbands you can just tear off after installed.
I used a little blue loctite and 8 or 9NM  on the sumpbolts and a cardborad to se where they go since they have different lenghts.I post some pics from when i did my engine.Notise the nwe oem sump gasket is different it does not have a crossover part .

Thanks for these info's, I will look for a magnetic drain plug and see what I get !!

I used the same technique for the pipes installation plus I put a bolt from the inside where the long bolt goes to suport when instaling  # 2-3 plus a strap. I like the idea with the rubber band
