Do you mean the 2 Camshaft Rubber Damper.........
I am talking about chain gears

I had a clicking like this on mine, it would on the odd time disappear, it took a good lot of head scratching to work out  it was camshaft binding in number 4 cam cap, it would appear that in the past a cap had been changed and one corner would bind slightly, it had a gap of around 150 microns when the other 3 bolts were nipped down, shimmed that corner and no problems since, i found out by turning all of the lobes off a spare cam and putting in the engine, putting caps on and loosened the cap bolts in turn until i found the culprit.

You need to get as close as poss (don't burn your ear) and listen, you can try carefully tightening the headerpipes but after listening to the video I don't think it is an exhaust leak
PS: the only stupid question is the one you don't ask

Recently I had a leak on exhaust 4 and that was a very hard ticking noise. After tighten the screws a little the ticking was over
