The video won't play for me but have you checked you don't have an exhaust leak where the headers join the head (this also makes a "clicking" sound)

Yes, if they don't seal completely you get a "ticking" or "clicking noise" that speeds up as you increase the engine speed

Your valve cover gasket in the video needs to be replaced. Please check all the cam chain idlers gears and guides off any kind of wear. The rubber damping ring part between the bearing and the cam gear can be get brittle of aging and the parts do disintegeting. The cam chain then drive off set the center line and get rub against the cam chain tunnel of the head and cylinder walls.

I see light puffs of smoke when the camera is near #4 plug. I don’t think it’s the valves. Check the case breather. Open up the oil fill cap, and listen there. You my have a bent exhaust valve. What’s the compression numbers. I think you have the wrong cam cover gasket. Somewhere it blow by, either rings or a valve.

Check to make sure the spark plugs are sealing. I also see the puff of smoke when you show the front of the engine. It looks like smoke is passing through the air cooling tunnel near #3 plug.
