kz1000 grommet in gasket kit ?

Awright, another newbie question.
Bought this gasket kit.
There are cute little green grommets, 8 of them. 
What are they for ?

what brand is the kit? some of them aren't that great, especially for some stuff such as a valve stem seal.

Good question. I guess it's made by "Golden Shandong Tsinjiang Happy Harvest Co #12" (or an affiliate).
