If it is flooding out, the excess fuel will overflow into the air box, and drip out of the drain hole. It can also run into the crankcase breather and dilute the oil.

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

When you changed the carb jets did you check your floats?

The valve guide seals will get hard and brittle with age. If they come apart oil will flow past them and foul the plugs and do as you describe.

Thanks for all the good advice.
I plan on replacing the valve guide seals, checking the piston rings, and buying the gaskets.
Any recommendations on decent gaskets and seals? I assume most of the stuff on eBay isn't great?
Thanks.
