Do a compression test, check valve clearance before.
Never seen plugged vacuum ports.
Please do you a favor and use the classic clocks to sync your carbs.
Your CarbTune tool is not a vacuum closed system, it sucks air in over the brass guides, it´s my point.
I personally throwing it into the bin, no way, sorry to say.
i only trust my made in Germany....

Valve clearance was done. With plugged vacuum ports i mean i have not 3 but all 4 the vacuum hose fitting in the carbs plugged in order to prove isnt a faulty petcock. Sorry for english. About your gauge , yes, its a wonderful gauge but , trust me, my carbtune is working properly! Im sure about that.

A hanging idle is a sign of lean mixture. Could be drawing false air. Spray stuff does not always show vacuum leaks.

And what does "Above 3000 rpm on the road is just a bomb!" mean? Is that good or bad?

I do the same maintenance on the same bike 4 month ago, and a lot more i don`t want to do.
No problems with the carb sync but some collateral damage, not my car btw.

Is it possible that when the carbs for the problem cylinders were reassembled that the oring, washer, spring bidness on the low speed mixture screws could have been installed in the wrong order, which could prevent the oring from sealing, thus admitting unregulated air to the mix?

I thought those looked like clutch bits, but the clutch looks so new. Why in the world would somebody leave those chunks in there? I was noticing scratches on the clutch pressure plate when I asked about the tensioner. Now I wonder if the old tensioner might have come loose and destroyed the old clutch, and the scratches in the new one are from bits of the old clutch whirling around in there ?

As i said before, all clutch parts are new, the inside of the clutch cover has no dents or scratches.
I found the clutch bits in the oil pan, because i have to drop the oil pan.
PO destroy the drain plug thread i have to repair.
I had to drain the oil because the carb float needle valves don`t close and deluded the oil with fuel, it was a 50/50 oil/fuel mix = 8 Liters in engine!!!
It was like a revers engineering, one faulty leads to the next faulty.
What a waste of time.
