No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThat's just the threads coming out. They are M 6 bolts. You can buy ones like this.

Theres definately a helicoil already in there, you can see the two different thread diameters. If you can get the old one out, which wont be easy, you can just screw a new one in but you'll need the inserter T bar thats part of the kit you linked to.

If it´s a Helicoil insert the broken part should be removable with neodymium magnet.
How many torque do you use?

If those pieces are magnetic they are helicoils. If not threads. It's that simple. I was able to use a pick and pull the old one out then thread a new one in. In the tight space the tool is impossible to use. I use a A/C schrader valve tool for this.

You have to bent the first turn of the insert out of the bore with a scribing needle and pull and turn it out counter clockwise with a needle-nosed pliers.

I never torque down to the service manual levels. These engines are 40 years old and have been through countless heat cycles. 40 yo steel into 40 yo aluminium is asking for trouble at those settings. Use a small spanner so you dont get too much leverage on it and let your hand be the torque wrench. They really dont need to be super tight.

I understand why you are so afraid of using what the service manual says?
Rest of the bolts goes fine have taken them out and in many times last years?
I know why I damage the helicoil, the bolt was not strate.. I used it to enter the "cam holder".....
Must make sure the bolts is straith when it start screw....

Have purcahse 6mm set today, hopefylly in afternoon will I be able to fix these :)
