For me it looks like I have damage the helicoil?
I dident now I had helicoils? Can you see if from the picture? Is these some left over for the heli coil? Can I just install a new one?
Helicoil for 5mmbolt?

I’m using 12nm close to the service speck 11.76nm
I will by the kit/set tomorrow.
Can I use the drill made for making threats to remove the old helicoil, what is left when I’m removed what I «can» manualy?

You have to bent the first turn of the insert out of the bore with a scribing needle and pull and turn it out counter clockwise with a needle-nosed pliers.

I understand why you are so afraid of using what the service manual says?
Rest of the bolts goes fine have taken them out and in many times last years?
I know why I damage the helicoil, the bolt was not strate.. I used it to enter the "cam holder".....
Must make sure the bolts is straith when it start screw....
Have purcahse 6mm set today, hopefylly in afternoon will I be able to fix these
