The engine makes a weird sound when it runs. It's like a Sucking sound.
The carb float puts to much gasoline in the 4th cylinder. the sound comes from the 3rd cylinder
I need Some advice about this. is it possible to be a timing problem?
Ignore the Carb malfuntion.

Why are you running it with no pipes? You want to warp the valves? Maybe already done.

Maybe. Be sure to install new crush washers where the pipes bolt to the head. If the old ones are in decent shape, you may be able to anneal them and reuse them.

The only other time I saw anyone try that was when I was 15 and my 16 year old buddy did that with his Honda CB-160 in his parent's basement. His mother went berserk when she heard it because she thought he was messing with her clothes washing machine (no kidding). Ed
