How much of the insert is into actual aluminum and how much is in the epoxy?

3/4 is solid aluminum and when the Time sert arrived i tried the drill bit and it was bigger than the damaged threads/ holes.
So 3/4 solid aluminum and a small sleeve on the upper part of damaged area is epoxy and the small hole below threads.
I will do a torque test and crossing my fingers. It is minus 7 here to night and Winther so there is still some months before
turbobike is under boost again.
