My dad and I actually picked it up at an auction for $300, the bike wasn't finished though, didn't have any camshafts or any shims in place and the turbo wasn't hooked up, we took the cylinders off and the piston's were brand new, bored out to 720. it was about a year before we even tried starting the thing, it ran like shit, so we took the turbo and put a set of 650 carbs on it, it had quite the power up to about 6000 rpm, i thought about selling the turbo on ebay, decided not to, then it sat for a couple of months and i finally got the ambition to put the turbo back on, well i got it back together and did a little messing around with the carb and it ran pretty good, i bought some new tires and brake pads and handlebars, paint job, and other misc stuff, there it sits until this spring hopefully, i'd like to find a bigger oil cooler and a new carb by then, its definately a blast to ride on the highway, its a 79 sr, my dad had a 78, pretty much identical, sold it one of my friends, i still have my 78 650b, there fun bikes
